Calculators, checklists and letter templates

The calculators and letter templates under /tools run in your browser. The dates, amounts and names you type into them are used to produce the result on the page and are not sent to our servers or saved by us. If you copy or print a result, that copy stays with you.

AI Legal Workspace

The AI Legal Workspace at /en-US is different, because it needs to store your consultation so you can come back to it. When you use it we process your account details (if you register), the case title, the jurisdiction and language you choose, your questions, any files you choose to attach and the AI's replies. When you press Send, your question and selected attachments are processed on our server and sent to the Google Gemini API to generate a reply. Original files are stored privately in Cloudflare R2, and the case and replies are kept so you can return to the conversation. Voice input is sent to Google Gemini for transcription; we do not store the audio. Usage counts are kept to enforce limits. Please do not upload passwords, payment details or identity documents you do not need to share. The workspace's own privacy notice has more detail.

Advertising and cookies

The site is funded by advertising from Google AdSense. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.

  • You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies at aboutads.info.
  • How Google uses information from sites that use its services is explained at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
  • Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown.

Hosting, security and analytics

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes request data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver pages, block abusive traffic and produce aggregate traffic statistics. The AI Legal Workspace uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a visitor is not an automated bot. We do not sell personal information.

Email

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and to fix any error you report, and we delete correspondence when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK or California), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, including AI Legal Workspace data. Email huhuwen09@gmail.com to make a request.

Children

The site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13.

We will update this page if our practices change, and change the date at the top.
