This release processes the information needed for guest and registered-user legal consultations.
Information processed
We process your account details, case title, selected jurisdiction, language preferences, questions, selected attachments and AI readings to create and display your consultation.
How a question is processed
Questions and selected attachments are processed on VeriAdvisor’s server and sent to the official Google Gemini API when you choose Send. Original files are stored privately in Cloudflare R2; the case and AI readings are retained so you can return to the conversation. Files are sent inline for processing; we do not create reusable provider file uploads. When using voice input, recording starts after microphone permission. On stopping, the audio is sent to Google Gemini for transcription and the text is inserted into your editable draft. VeriAdvisor does not store audio or unsent transcripts on its server; usage metadata is retained to enforce limits.
Limit sensitive information
Common identifiers may be masked in question text. Images, PDFs and file contents are not automatically anonymized. Remove unnecessary personal information before uploading. Do not provide passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary identity documents.
